Lindo Pesigan is the CEO/Manager of AMPHIL Global Trade, LLC based in West Covina, California USA. He has extensive experience in technical sales of industrial products with demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Prior to joining AMPHIL, he served as a Sales/Project Estimator and later an Account Executive for more than 15 years at Petroleum Marketing Equipment (PME), a full line Petroleum Equipment Distributor in Placentia, California USA. With the background that began in the Philippines as a Cadet Engineer in a sugar manufacturing company, he then moved to the petroleum equipment distribution field working in a variety of jobs for more than 20 years. They included sales engineering, operations and purchasing management. He also served as Product/Sales Manager of Brenton Engineered Products, a technical sales and service company, then based in Makati City, Philippines. Lindo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Feati University in Manila, Philippines.

Nelia C. Halcon is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in management. She has been the Executive Vice President of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines, an association of large mining companies with operations in gold, copper and other non-metallic minerals in the country. She has managed the yearly MINING PHILIPPINES event, the largest mining and trade exposition of mining operations and mining equipment, products and services since 1997 to 2019. Before that, she was Chief of the Mineral Economics and Policy Division of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) of the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) where she started as statistician in 1972. She has established strong relationships with various stakeholders concerned with mining, oil and energy resources as well as construction industries. She has established strong linkages with various government agencies, NGOs and other Global institutions such as PDAC, MINExpo, AMA, IFC, WB and the EITI Secretariat. She has extensive experience in communications, advocacy, environmental protection measures, research and social development. She was the Secretary General of the ASEAN Federation of Mining Associations from 2004-2012.

Nelia has a Masters of Laws Degree in Mineral Economics and Environmental Law and Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
